Katerina and Eva, the wonderful hosts, curated a culinary masterpiece that resonated with the essence of Santorini. the breakfast with a fantastic view was not just a meal; it was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, offering a perfect blend of charm and sophistication. As I indulged in each dish, I felt transported to the heart of the Cyclades, where every bite told a story of tradition and innovation. the attention to detail in every course showcased the chef's dedication to using fresh, local ingredients to create a gastronomic masterpiece. From the first sip of wine to the last bite of dessert, my dining experience at Silver Sun was a true reflection of Greek hospitality at its finest. the flavors lingered long after the meal was over, leaving me with a longing to return and savor more of the culinary delights that this charming hotel has to offer. the airport at Heraklion and Chania may welcome international travelers, but it is the culinary delights at Silver Sun that truly welcome the soul.
